I developed a strong love for exercise from a young age and spent over 15 years in the corporate world holding various Senior Management roles running sales teams within the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition industry prior to moving into my “life’s passion” as a personal trainer and fitness coach. My background has served me well in empathising with clients from all backgrounds and successfully educating, motivating and inspiring them to achieve their on-going fitness goals.

I hold a Level 4 Personal Trainer certification with further qualifications in Exercise Referral and Exercise for the Management of Low Back pain, I am also a Nutritional Advisor and Qualified Sports Massage Therapist. I am strong believer in adding more value to my services via a continuation of my own personal development, building upon a lifetime of hands-on gym experience.

Taking my knowledge of biomechanics and physiology, I use a scientific approach to not only tailor programs for each individual but also to educate my clients on correct form, postural and training techniques.

I try to create a training environment that not only motivates but also empowers individuals to continually challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding way.
